Develop Process and Standard Operating Procedures for signage program management while presenting updates on maintenance, construction, and projects
Coordinate vendor and team meetings to assure optimal service delivery while managing budgeting, financial reporting, and annual reporting
Provide technical expertise and impart training to colleagues while supervising assignments of junior staff members and signage installers.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, with ability to manage complex signage construction projects
Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams for optimal service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Day 1 and POP project management in construction or facilities management
Background in signage standards development and maintenance strategy implementation
