Project Manager (Software / IT)

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager with a technical background to join our growing software team. The ideal candidate should understand software development workflows, communicate confidently with clients, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between clients and developers — understanding requirements clearly, documenting them properly, coordinating tasks, and making sure quality standards are maintained through proper testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client needs, business goals, and project requirements
• Convert client discussions into clear written requirements and tasks
• Coordinate with development teams to keep projects aligned
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Manage application testing before final delivery to clients
• Communicate updates, feedback, and issues effectively
• Ensure project quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Technical background in Software / IT (development, QA, or similar)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements quickly
• Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
• Experience in project coordination or management is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
