Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation through delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget alignment.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with Account Managers, developers, designers, and clients—primarily in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Plan, manage, and deliver software projects according to agreed scope, timeline, and budget

Define project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables

Ensure adherence to agreed processes, quality standards, and best practices

Stakeholder & Client Communication

Act as the primary delivery point of contact for clients

Lead project meetings, sprint reviews, and status calls in English

Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with all stakeholders

Manage client expectations and handle delivery-related escalations

Team Coordination & Delivery

Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other internal teams

Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion

Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and proactively resolve them

Scope, Risk & Change Management

Manage scope control and change requests through structured processes

Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies

Ensure changes are documented, approved, and communicated

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and status reports

Provide regular progress updates and delivery reports to management

Ensure all project artefacts are properly documented and stored

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

3–6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a software or IT services company

Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification

Experience working with international or enterprise clients

Background in mobile apps, web applications, or SaaS platforms

Familiarity with estimation, budgeting, and delivery forecasting
