Job description:
Jetnetix Solutions seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead CRM-based projects, ensuring seamless execution of CRM solutions for both mobile and web applications from inception to deployment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CRM implementation, workflow automation, and sales process optimization, while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, candidates must have a background in production and sales, and 2-4 years of experience managing projects in web apps, mobile apps, and web development.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Break projects into sprints and achievable milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and proactively manage potential delays.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication, providing updates, and delivering projects on time.
CRM Implementation & Optimization:
- Work closely with business analysts to understand CRM requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Oversee the integration of CRM systems with third-party applications (e.g., ERP, email, payment gateways).
- Ensure CRM systems meet user requirements and enhance sales and customer service workflows.
- Manage and oversee the development and optimization of CRM solutions for both mobile and web applications.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance:
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations.
- Conduct regular project reviews and quality checks before deployment.
Documentation & Requirement Gathering:
- Gather and document detailed project requirements.
- Create and maintain Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Statement of Work (SOW) documentation.
- Ensure clear documentation of project scope, user stories, and system functionalities.
Deployment & Post-Implementation Support:
- Oversee final testing, system deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for both mobile and web applications.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and address issues as needed.
- Provide training and documentation to ensure user adoption and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing web and mobile app projects, with a production and sales background.
- Proven experience managing CRM-based projects.
- Strong knowledge of CRM solutions such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or custom CRM applications.
- Experience with API integrations, workflow automation, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with enterprise CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, marketing automation, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices for CRM solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud-based CRM platforms and data security best practices.
