Position Title: IT Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Salary Range: PKR 200,000 – 220,000

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including Cisco-managed switches, MikroTik firewalls, and Grandstream access points, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage IP telephony systems (Grandstream UCM PBX and IP phones) to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality communication across all locations.
• Provide remote IT support to users and branch offices while effectively leading and managing a distributed IT team.
• Administer server infrastructure, including RAID storage systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and efficient data center operations.
• Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect organizational data and ensure rapid system recovery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies (e.g., VR and innovative digital tools), evaluating their relevance and potential business integration.
• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management to optimize costs and maintain strong vendor relationships.
