Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations for our fashion textile e-commerce business. The role includes handling accounts, payments, reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting to ensure smooth financial control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in accounting software/ERP
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Maintain sales, purchase, and inventory-related financial records
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations for stock and cost records
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Support preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Assist in tax-related documentation (withholding tax, sales tax, etc.)
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (e-commerce or retail preferred)
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar)
• Good understanding of sales, inventory, and cost accounting
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
