Role Overview
As a Project Manager at Idenfo, you'll support the delivery of technology-driven projects by working closely with head of PM, developers, and cross-functional teams. You'll help keep projects on track, coordinate daily activities, and gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle in a fast-paced RegTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily project coordination and execution activities
• Track project tasks, sprints, milestones, and timelines
• Follow up with development, QA, and other teams on assigned deliverables
• Maintain and update project documentation and trackers
• Assist in preparing weekly and periodic project status reports
• Update and manage Jira tickets, boards, and dashboards
• Support sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track project issues and risks, and escalate when required

Basic Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good documentation and reporting abilities
• Knowledge of software development projects and SDLC
• Responsible, proactive, and comfortable with follow-ups
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (PMO, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Technical Support, or similar roles)
• Fresh graduates in Software Engineering & Computer Science with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply
