Data Analyst - Supply Chain Operations

About the Role

ibex is hiring on behalf of one of its global clients for a Senior Data Analyst, Supply Chain Operations to join the EU Supply Chain Operations team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM . This role provides crucial operational support to the Mobile Supply Chain Operations, maintaining day-to-day business activities, and working on key projects to support both internal and external stakeholders. You will own the day-to-day delivery of key processes for our Mobile Supply Chain. Building a strong working relationship with our contact center and network of repair and fulfillment vendors to deliver a best-in-class customer service while identifying and enacting operational improvements through automation and data analytics.

Job Responsibilities

● KPI Tacking and Continuous improvement:

Maintain KPI analysis and tracking dashboards for Mobile service delivery and Mobile service costs/outcome, while contributing to design improvements of these tools.

● Day-to-day operations:

Manage all day-to-day Mobile Supply Chain related processes, ensuring we provide the customer with a seamless claims experience, e.g. resolving client escalations, assisting vendors with unforeseen issues.

● Process optimization:

Work alongside our Mobile Vendor Management team to ensure processes are consistent, scalable, and optimized from both a cost and efficiency perspective across all product categories.

● Master Data Maintenance:

Update, maintain and optimize a holistic list of all company device item codes, as well as a list of all company Store Repair locations (with respective capabilities, prices and addresses).

● Data Analytics:

write complex and efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to answer specific business questions.

● Insight Generation:

perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement, presenting findings clearly to the team.

● Data Governance:

help champion data quality and consistency, ensuring that data is accurate, well-documented, and trusted by the business.

● Stakeholder Collaboration:

work closely with business stakeholders and Data Analytics team to understand project requirements and help translate business needs into technical solutions

Skills, Experience & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or any quantitative background

• 2-3 years’ experience in data analytics or related role

• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset

• SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and complex querying

• Experience with a modern BI visualization tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you must be comfortable handling ‘client-facing’ or stakeholder conversations to understand requirements and present findings

• A strong analytical mindset with a high degree of business acumen and a proactive, problem-solving attitude

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute to several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience supporting Operations, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience functions

• Strong presentation skills, including ability to build slide decks for internal and external presentations

• Experience with Python and Salesforce
