IT Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst (Female-fresher)

We are seeking a fresh female IT Procurement Executive to join our team on a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be quick to learn, and handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Support vendor network building, including coordination with international vendors when required
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all procurement activities

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Trustworthy and loyal, with a strong sense of confidentiality
• Open to international travel, if required, for vendor network building
• Basic knowledge of IT products/services is an advantage

Work Location: Hybrid
Experience Level: Preferred but not mandatory
