Manager - Contract & Project Management
to lead our project management initiatives while ensuring effective contract management practices. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that contracts are negotiated and enforced effectively to achieve the best outcomes for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of project management, from initiation through to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Oversee the development, negotiation, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards

Collaborate with various teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals

Monitor project progress and deliver regular updates to senior management and stakeholders

Identify potential project risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them

Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and recommend improvements for future projects

Ensure that all contractual agreements maximize value for the organization while minimizing risks
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

5+ years of experience in project management and contract management, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry

Proven track record of delivering projects successfully on time and within budget

Strong understanding of contract law, project management methodologies, and tools

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
