Senior QA Field Lead (Regional)

Education: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in education monitoring, QA, classroom observation, or field supervision.

Location: Sanghar, Mirphurkhas, Mitiari, Qambar Shahdad Kot and Ghotki (1 per region).

Job Description:

• Lead and manage field data collection activities within the assigned region.
• Conduct school verification of TLM availability, storage, and classroom access in sampled schools.
• Lead Grade 3–5 classroom observations, with particular responsibility for complex settings (multigrade, overcrowded classrooms).
• Supervise and mentor Field Research Officers/Enumerators in the region.
• Ensure ethical and child-safe implementation of student interaction and reading mini-tasks.
• Coordinate school visits with head teachers and local education officials as needed.
• Perform on-site quality checks of completed tools and resolve inconsistencies immediately.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and emerging insights to the Karachi-based Project Coordinator.

Skills:

• Strong familiarity with government school systems and classroom realities in Sindh.
• Fluency in Sindhi and/or Urdu (regional language proficiency required).
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must have their own laptop and mobile phone, along with reliable internet connectivity, as these are essential for the role

This is a short-term contract/engagement-based position.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
