Head of Strategy & QA – Digital Agency

Reporting to: CEO

Role Summary:
Own the agency’s strategic direction and quality assurance across all client deliverables. Ensure strategies, pitches, and outgoing work are consistently high-quality, insight-driven, and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business, brand, and digital strategy across accounts
• Own QA of all strategies, pitches, proposals, and key deliverables
• Ensure all outgoing work meets agency standards and client goals
• Guide teams on insights, positioning, and strategic storytelling
• Lead pitch strategy and review decks before client submission
• Work closely with creative, performance, and account teams

Must-Have Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or consulting roles
• Digital/creative agency background (mandatory)
• Strong experience in pitches, presentations, and strategic frameworks
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
