B.Tech Engineer – Field Operations (Surveillance Systems)

Job Description:

The B.Tech Engineer will be responsible for supervising field teams and managing technicians for the installation, operation, and maintenance of CCTV and surveillance systems across multiple projects. The role requires ensuring smooth site operations, system uptime, and compliance with technical superiors and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field supervisors and technical teams at assigned surveillance sites.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, network devices, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure all surveillance sites are operational, compliant with project specifications, and meeting performance standards.
• Coordinate with Command & Control Centers, project teams.
• Monitor field activities, work quality, and adherence to safety and operational procedures.
• Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials for efficient site operations.
• Maintain technical reports, site logs, and fault rectification records.
• Support project execution, upgrades, and expansion of surveillance systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
