Highstep Technologies is seeking a highly organized, operationally driven Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise IBM Maximo modernization initiative currently in active delivery.

This role is ideal for a PM who excels at communication management, operational follow-through, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination within fast-paced enterprise environments. Finance governance and project operations.

• Drive accountability across teams
• Keep communication flowing across technical and business stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Maintain momentum and visibility across active workstreams
• Operate effectively within complex enterprise delivery environments
• Project Financial and Delivery Management applied experience

You will work alongside highly skilled technical teams and delivery leadership. While strong technical understanding is important, you are not expected to be the primary technical SME.

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate enterprise project activities across multiple workstreams
• Lead communication and stakeholder alignment efforts
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action tracking
• Support executive reporting and governance activities
• Drive operational follow-through and delivery accountability
• Collaborate effectively within a prime/subcontractor environment

Required Experience:

• Strong enterprise project/program management experience
• Demonstrated client-facing experience
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Proven experience in risk management and operational coordination
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Utilities industry experience preferred
• IBM Maximo experience preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization or upgrade initiatives
• Experience within prime/subcontractor delivery environments
• PMP and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred
