Project Manager Sr. Civil Engineer required.

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale building projects. The role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards, while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects meet scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage contracts, budgets, invoices, and ensure compliance with schedules.
• Implement QMS, enforce building codes and safety requirements, and liaise with authorities for approvals.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proper reporting and documentation.
• Oversee handover, prepare documentation, and close out projects.

Skills

- Degree in Civil Engineering .

- Min. 10 years of experience, including experience in managing large-scale projects

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

- Solid knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.

- Basic English speaking and reporting skills

- UAE experience and valid UAE driving license preferred.
