DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager – Supply Chain Planning is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing projects of varying complexity and size in the assigned functional area. This role plays a critical part in operationalizing non-emissions compliance across the end-to-end supply chain and ensures successful execution of projects that address global regulations such as RoHS and CBAM. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional, cross-business unit, and cross-regional teams to achieve project objectives effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate project planning sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements, and track performance against goals.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying risks, issues, and escalations, while ensuring timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Legal, PCRA, IT, and other Supply Chain functions), as well as cross-BU and regional teams, to align and execute project deliverables.
- Manage project budget, conduct analysis, and provide input into the design and implementation of effective project strategies.
- Maintain and communicate project documentation, including project notes, databases, and status reports.
- Share learnings, best practices, and experiences to enhance organizational project execution capabilities.
- Coach and guide team members throughout project phases, providing developmental feedback where applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (College, University, or equivalent) required.
- Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2) is desirable but not mandatory.
Skills and Experience
- Experience : 3–5 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in Supply Chain or related functions.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Domain Knowledge : Familiarity with supply chain planning, logistics, compliance, or regulatory-driven projects preferred.
- Global Exposure : Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
