Project Manager – Swimming Pool & Landscape

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage swimming pool and landscape projects from design to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in swimming pool construction, landscaping, and project coordination, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute swimming pool and landscape projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Supervise all site activities including civil, MEP, waterproofing, tiling, and landscaping works.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding project progress and requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and schedules, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Ensure that all works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Manage and motivate site teams, engineers, and supervisors for efficient performance.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Oversee material procurement, approvals, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in swimming pool and landscape projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of pool systems (MEP, waterproofing, finishing, and filtration).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred
