Project Manager (Switchgear LV & MV Panel)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of LV & MV switchgear panel projects. The role involves planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Manage complete project lifecycle from order handover to final commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely execution of LV & MV switchgear panel projects (PCC, MCC, VFD, APFC, RMU, etc.).
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to meet deadlines.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a single point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, QA/QC, and site teams.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Technical Oversight:

• Ensure technical compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards (IEC/IEEE/IS).
• Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and BOQs.
• Support site teams during installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Commercial & Contract Management:

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Handle variations, change orders, and contract scope management.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and cost control.

Quality, Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
• Implement safety practices at factory and site during execution.
• Manage inspections, FAT/SAT, and client approvals.

Risk Management:

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Resolve issues and bottlenecks impacting project delivery.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Switchgear industry with LV & MV Panel execution: 10 years (Preferred)
