PROJECT MANAGER- Techno & commercial

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Techno Commercial located in Kolkata. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the expedition of projects, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring efficient project management. Daily tasks include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of project components, and maintaining documentation and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, include design, construction & sales.
• Monitor project progress, identify protentional issues and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• B.E/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Diploma/BE/B.Tech Civil Engineer

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
