Project Manager - Technology

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with a proven record managing cross-functional technical teams and ensuring timely, quality project delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project goals and deliverables.
Develop project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage change requests, reporting, and client communications effectively.
Mentor junior project coordinators and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).
3–5 years of experience in project management within the tech or IT industry.
Strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tools.
