Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the efforts of the Front-End Developers, PHP/Laravel Developers, Data Analysts, and Social Media/SEO teams. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project delivery, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards, while fostering collaboration across technology and digital teams.

The PM will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and management, ensuring projects align with business goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for web development, CRM systems, and digital marketing initiatives.

· Coordinate with Front-End (Vue.js), Back-End (PHP/Laravel), Data Analysis, and Social Media/SEO teams to ensure smooth workflow.

· Track project progress using tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

· Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

· Monitor team performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

· Facilitate cross-team collaboration and remove blockers to ensure productivity.

· Review deliverables for quality, completeness, and alignment with requirements.

· Assist in resource planning, task allocation, and workload balancing across teams.

· Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and Agile methodologies.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business, or related field.

· Proven experience managing software development and digital teams (2–3 years).

· Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Strong understanding of web development technologies (PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, Node.js basics).

· Familiarity with data analysis tools and digital marketing workflows (SEO, social media management).

· Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

· Experience in reporting project metrics, timelines, and KPIs to senior management.

Good-to-Have Skills

· Technical background in PHP/Laravel, Front-End frameworks, or Database design.

· Exposure to SaaS projects, CRM systems, or telephony-integrated applications.

· Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or analytics platforms.

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media dashboards).

· Basic understanding of DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

· Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) preferred.

Tools & Workflow

· Project Management: JIRA(must), Trello, Asana, Kanban boards

· Communication & Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Zoom

· Version Control Awareness: Git/GitHub/GitLab (to understand developers’ workflows)

· Agile/Scrum frameworks for sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
