Project Manager ( Telecom / IT )

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in Telecom and IT to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that drive our strategic objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the full project lifecycle for Telecom and IT projects, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and expectations
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments
• Monitoring project progress, managing any constraints, and addressing issues as they arise
• Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, change requests, and client communications
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and align with industry regulations and standards
• Providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement
  
  

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Telecom and IT sectors
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, specifically in Telecom and IT
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate diverse teams
• In-depth understanding of Telecom technologies and IT project management
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Telecom or IT sector
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of Telecom technologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• The candidate should have hands on experience in the software industry (ex. : worked as a Software developer or Solution Architect or system integrator or FE developer or Database administrator or DevOps engineer or ERP developer,....... ..etc)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience managing complex Telecom and IT projects
• Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall project management methodologies
