Projects Manager – Technical Office
to lead and coordinate all technical office activities, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping landmark projects and driving innovation in engineering and design.
What You’ll Do

Lead Technical Operations:
Oversee preparation and approval of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.

Ensure Compliance:
Guarantee adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.

Drive Coordination:
Collaborate with consultants, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Manage Documentation:
Control technical deliverables, method statements, material submittals, and QA/QC procedures.

Support Cost & Procurement:
Prepare BOQs, verify quantities, and assist in material selection.

Develop Teams:
Mentor and lead engineers, draftsmen, and document controllers to achieve excellence.
What We’re Looking For

Experience:
Proven track record in technical office roles within large-scale construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure).

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera/MS Project, and BIM workflows. Knowledge of FIDIC is a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
