We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Upseller to oversee the development and delivery of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, proactive in upselling services, and have a strong sales background. This role requires coordinating with internal teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects for web apps, mobile apps, and custom software (SaaS, ERP, CRM).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction in all situations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and drive business growth.
- Coordinate with Sales and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, resolving issues effectively.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience managing web and mobile application projects.
- Strong sales or business development background.
- Excellent client communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with custom software development including SaaS, ERP, and CRM solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Proven experience in upselling and revenue generation.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
