Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Engineering

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Qatar and lead the successful execution of our construction projects.

Your Role:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team, coordinate with consultants, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities & Who We're Looking For:

• Execute and oversee work activities according to Al Madar's approved QA/QC plan and safety manual, ensuring full compliance with standards.
• Conduct in-depth study of project drawings and specifications; provide technical clearance and leadership to site engineers and foremen.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and consultants to ensure timely submission and approval of material and subcontractor submittals.
• Manage and assign project responsibilities to site staff, ensuring all tasks align with quality and timeline expectations.
• Proactively monitor project progress, address delays, prepare recovery schedules, and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Must have UPDA certification Grade A
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management (experience in Qatar is highly preferred).
• Must have a Valid QID, NOC, and be ready to transfer sponsorship.
• Must have a Qatar driving license and own car.
• Available to join immediately.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
