Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery &ndash; from planning to closure.</li><li>
Drive stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives</li><li>
Manage budget &amp; distributed teams to ensure tasks don&rsquo;t slip through the cracks.</li><li>
Proactively identify risks and mitigate them before they impact delivery.</li><li>
Maintain strong customer/stakeholder communication.</li><li>
Ensure accountability, transparency, and quality at every stage.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<div>
Strong experience in Project/Program Management in IT/Telecom.<br>
Excellent communication, leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management.<br>
Hands-on with Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project.<br>
Experience in working with cross-functional, distributed teams.<br>
Familiarity with AI/Automation in project delivery (nice-to-have).</div></div>
