Position: Civil Project Manager
Experience Required: More than 10 years

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end construction activities for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil engineering and proven leadership skills in handling multiple large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor all phases of construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure quality control, cost efficiency, and timely completion of works.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, bills, and progress reports.
• Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site meetings and report project status to the management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
• Familiarity with construction standards, IS codes, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD and exposure to BIM workflows is an added advantage.
