Project Manager(Construction)

· Project Planning:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop a detailed project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and budget.

· Project Execution & Control:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

· Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders.

- Regularly update stakeholders on project status and ensure their needs are met.

· Risk Management:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.

· Quality Assurance:

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards set by both the company and the client.

- Conduct project reviews and evaluations upon completion.

· Team Management:

- Lead, guide, and support the project team.

- Conduct regular team meetings and ensure team members have the necessary resources.

· Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, financials, and performance reports.

- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and archived appropriately.

· Continuous Improvement:

- Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.

- Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in project management.

• Must be from Construction – high-rise residential projects & PMC Background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
