Project Manger (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework to lead and deliver high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a Scrum Master/Agile certification to drive successful project outcomes.

Time:10 am to 7 pm (onsite)
Location Bahria Phase 7 RWP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and execute projects ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Apply Agile and Scrum principles to manage project delivery, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity and transparency.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in Project Management.
• Strong hands-on experience in Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• Certification required: Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or additional Agile certifications.
• Experience in IT / Software Development projects.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members in Agile practices.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
