Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing and coordinating all phases of a project’s lifecycle, from initiation through to completion. Ensure timelines and deliverables are met as per the project plan.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, Ensure effective communication and collaboration to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure proper documentation for project tracking and compliance purposes.
  • Task Management: Assist the Project Manager/ Marketing Manager in managing project resources, budgets, and schedules. Help track project progress and make sure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues during the project and assist in formulating mitigation strategies. Help manage and resolve project-related issues.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the project is executed according to the set quality standards and compliance requirements. Participate in quality control checks and reviews.
  • Client and Stakeholder Support: Support the Project Manager/ Marketing Manager in handling client and stakeholder queries. Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team. Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in [industry-specific area, e.g IT software development, marketing].

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with budget tracking and resource management.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
