Essential Job Functions:

Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans.

Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to customers.

Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

Organize and lead regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Assist in the allocation of resource materials, to meet project requirements.

Work closely with relevant teams to ensure resource availability and optimal utilization.
-
Support the monitoring and tracking of projects.
-
Utilize Bi to update orders and quotes as needed.
- Assist in customer cost updates and maintain best in practice pricing within our P21 software.

Investigates and resolves invoicing and freight charge issues with Accounting in a timely manner.
- Collaborate both professionally and positively with Customer Service, Procurement and Operations to develop and/or improve "best in class" process, procedures relative to daily activities.

Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly reports while taking actions to improve the overall efficiency of the Customer Service department to support Procurement and Operations.

Identify potential project material risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential issues though the use of BI.
Requirements:

Proven experience in project coordination within the utility industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management tools and software.

Knowledge of utility industry best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
