Job Description:

Manages project costs and schedules, alerting stakeholders to deviations and potential impacts. Facilitates cross-functional meetings to address roadblocks and ensure timely completion of milestones. Interacts effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels to implement change. Maintains accurate documentation and status of project timelines, keeping stakeholders informed. Prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships. Conducts observations, develops actionable plans, and implements solutions to identified problems. Proactively identifies potential project risks and takes steps to mitigate them. Handles change management concerns and addresses issues that may interfere with projects. Works independently leading projects of high impact or complexity. Mentors and develops team members in project management tools and methodologies. Provides leadership direction for the organizational development of project management standards. Develops business models that support the organization's short and long-term roadmaps. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge and application of project management tools, data collection/analysis tools & methodologies [Required]
• Expert in risk management, budget & resource planning, project documentation, and schedule tracking [Required]
• Applied experience with process improvement and change management concepts and methodologies [Required]
• Ability to succinctly translate high-level concepts into actionable items [Required]
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills [Required]
• Excellent organizational and time management skills [Required]
• Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills [Required]
• Able to lead a project independently with little to no direction and manage multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork. [Required]
• Ability to transfer clients’ perceptions of problems into viable solutions. Utilizes diplomacy skills and flexibility in response to clients’ changing concerns. [Required]
• Advanced skillset with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio) [Required]
• Proven Leadership Ability [Required]
• Ability to conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, statistical controls independently [Required]
• Familiarity with Analytical & Data Visualization Software (Minitab, Tableau, etc.) [Preferred]

• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:

• 4+ relevant experience [Required]
• Familiarity with Analytical & Data Visualization Software (Minitab, Tableau, Etc.) [Required]
• Of relevant experience in Engineering, Healthcare, or Business [Required]
• Process Improvement Experience [Required]
• Proven experience managing projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment [Required]

Pay Range:

$66,170.74 - $123,073.07
