Role Summary
We are seeking a multitasking Project / Office Coordinator who is fluent in Chinese and English to support our real estate development operations. The role provides cross-departmental support to Project Management, Procurement, Sales, Admin, and Finance, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and efficient workflow across the company.
This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, fast-learning individual who can handle multiple tasks and serve as a key coordination bridge—especially with Chinese suppliers, partners, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate communication between consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Prepare meeting minutes, follow-up logs, and action lists.
- Support project documentation: drawings, submissions, permits, NOCs, approvals.
- Assist in tracking daily project activities and preparing status updates.
- Liaise with Chinese suppliers and stakeholders (translation, emails, follow-ups).
- Assist in conducting quotation comparison, and supplier coordination.
- Follow up with local and Chinese vendors for submissions, materials, shipping updates, and delivery schedules.
- Serve as a flexible support resource for Project Management,
- Handle urgent tasks and follow-ups assigned by the line- manager of the Project Management.
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English – spoken & written.
- Strong multitasking ability and capability to work across multiple departments.
- UAE Driving License – Mandatory
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate development or construction-related roles.
- Previous exposure to procurement, project coordination, or admin duties.
- Ability to translate Chinese documents/emails when needed.

- 3–5 years of experience in coordination/administrative roles.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexible mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced development environment.
