We’re looking for a Project & Operations Assistant to support our Canadian restaurant construction and operations team. This is an office-based role in Lahore involving coordination, documentation, and communication with international managers and vendors.
The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or early professional (0–6 months experience) with strong writing, reporting, and English communication skills, eager to learn technical and project management processes in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist managers in coordinating restaurant construction and maintenance projects.
- Draft technical reports, summaries, and daily updates based on project data.
- Communicate with Canadian vendors and contractors through email and calls.
- Collect and organize information from stores for procurement and operations.
- Maintain trackers for deliveries, work orders, invoices and project milestones.
- Help prepare policies, checklists, and troubleshooting guides..
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Fresh graduates or up to 6 months experience in a technical or coordination role.
- Good English writing and speaking skills (emails, reports, calls).
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and strong attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn about restaurant construction, operations, and vendor coordination.
- Organized, disciplined, and comfortable working independently under guidance.
Timings: Full time, On-site, 8:00 pm- 5:00 am ( Night Shift)
Location: 30 R, DHA Phase 8, Ex-Air Avenue, Lahore ( near Neon Square)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
