Job vacancy: Project Operations Associate) Real Estate Development company)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Operations Associate to support the daily operations and project activities within our real estate development company. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, coordination, communication, and project follow-up tasks to ensure smooth workflow across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain, organize, and update all project documentation including contracts, drawings, permits, reports, and internal files with accurate version control.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions with internal teams, consultants, and external partners.
· Assist in planning and coordinating short-term company projects while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication flows are maintained.
· Support development activities by submitting and tracking permits, applications, consultant requests, and regulatory documentation.
· Monitor basic project budgets and expenses, prepare summaries, and support procurement or vendor coordination when required.
· Manage general office and administrative tasks such as organizing information, maintaining databases, and supporting leadership with daily operational needs.
Requirements
· Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
· Strong and clear communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to join swiftly (within 1 month maximum).
