Could you be the full-time Project Planner in Bursa we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You'll ensure the successful completion of component scopes in complex projects, aligning with customer needs and committed. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sub-System team, Project Core Team, Sourcing, Supply Chain), manage component level planning, activities, and deliverables, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Develop and update schedules for projects
  • Collect, analyse, and present the time related project information
  • Support decision making process of team to reach On Time Delivery (OTD) performance
  • Synchronize schedules with stakeholders
  • Manage project scheduling documentation

In tender:

  • Analyze tender documentation to understand schedule management requirements, including schedule structure, reporting constraints, and contractual requirements.
  • Set a timeline for tender preparation and ensure its adherence until the tender submission.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate inputs and define project schedule interfaces.
  • Contribute to the project execution strategy.
  • Identify the project schedule's critical path and risks, suggesting optimization and mitigation actions.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of schedule-related deliverables.

In Project Execution:

  • Ensure the validation of the baseline schedule.
  • Organize and lead regular project schedule review sessions.
  • Ensure the alignment of commitments from both internal and external stakeholders and manage schedule interfaces.
  • Identify critical paths and potential delays.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and monitor risks and opportunities related to the on-time delivery of the project.
  • Prepare schedule and progress reports, including time-related KPIs, and analyse gaps between the actual progress and the baseline.
  • Contribute to Earned Value Management by providing physical progress in collaboration with Finance Controllers.

  • Engineering or Business degree
  • Experience of project management or technical roles in industrial or construction sectors
  • Result-oriented mindset with an ability to manage risks and opportunities
  • Working knowledge and skills in project scheduling theory and methods.
  • Proficiency in at least one scheduling software tool
  • Working skills in MS office tools
  • Curiosity and a drive to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; an effective team player.
  • Ability to challenge teams and proactively propose solutions.
  • Structured and critical thinking skills.
  • Adaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environment
  • Fluency in English
