Project Planner

We are seeking an experienced Planner (Planning & Controls) to drive schedule excellence on a major development project.

About the role:

You will develop, monitor, and maintain the overall project schedule and planning framework. From design through construction, you’ll ensure every activity is planned, tracked, and reported for timely delivery and informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule with critical path milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and analyze impact on completion.
• Prepare regular status reports using data from all stakeholders.
• Facilitate planning workshops (kick-off, interim, periodic).
• Implement Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and look-ahead schedules.
• Develop recovery and mitigation strategies for delays.
• Support procurement planning and schedule change management.

• Proficiency in scheduling tools and EVA methodologies.
