ACWA Power is hiring a Project Planning & Controls Manager to lead planning and scheduling efforts on one of our flagship infrastructure or energy projects. This role is key to ensuring timely, efficient, and contract-compliant project execution through robust scheduling and controls.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead development of the Level 3 Baseline Schedule and project control procedures in coordination with the PEOS team.
• Analyze and implement project planning and reporting obligations under PPA and EPC contracts.
• Track critical path activities and set key milestones and KPIs for early risk identification and mitigation.
• Support EPC Contractor in building and maintaining Level 4 schedules and detailed progress registers.
• Review and comment on EPC Contractor’s monthly progress reports with a focus on contractual risks and timeline impacts.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for the Offtaker, ACWA Power leadership, lenders, and stakeholders.
• Drive or support delay analysis and EOT claim preparation, when required.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (PMP or CAPM is a plus).
• 12–15+ years of experience in project planning/scheduling, with at least 4 full-cycle projects as Planning Manager.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 .
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contract-driven planning.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
