What is the Summary of This Position?


Responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking processes throughout the product lifecycle.


What Are We Looking For?


  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities,
  • Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, or Production,
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Proficient in written and spoken English at a level to meet role requirements,
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Düzce.


What You'll Be Doing?


  • Manage project planning and tracking for variation processes in commercialized products such as efficiency (batch size change), improvement (process or formulation change), profitability (alternative sourcing), and site transfers,
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of product launches, especially managing the supply chain side of the launch processes,
  • Create and share project timelines with stakeholders, manage deadlines, and report progress to senior management at defined intervals,
  • Manage local manufacturer product transition processes,
  • Prioritize machine transitions and follow up on pre- and post-production actions, ensuring completion in line with the project timeline,
  • Identify project risks and ensure that risk mitigation actions are planned with relevant departments,
  • Lead improvement initiatives within responsible processes.
