Project Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end software development projects using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

• Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps.

Product Management:

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.

• Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision with customer needs.

Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycle.

• Prepare and present Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.

• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development Project Management and Product Management.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

• Proven experience in writing BRDs, user stories, and functional documentation.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Technical background or understanding of software architecture is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred

• Experience working with enterprise clients or in B2B SaaS environments.

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Confluence, and CRM platforms.
