Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Program Manager to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and departments. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire project management lifecycle, from program development and scope management to risk mitigation and quality assurance. Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of computers, peripherals, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN connectivity, firewalls, and network security.

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel formulas and macros

- Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to implement improvements in IT processes and services.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge in warehouse, distribution and in transportationLead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a cohesive program framework, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
- Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, schedules, and budgets utilizing project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria; translate these into detailed project plans.
- Employ Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or other methodologies to adapt project approaches based on scope complexity and team needs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessments to proactively identify issues; implement mitigation strategies using tools like Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee vendor management, contracts, and IT infrastructure integration to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma practices, process mapping, and Kaizen events to optimize workflows and eliminate waste.
- Manage project teams by supervising team members, facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on high performance.
- Utilize PPM tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or VersionOne for project coordination, status tracking, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality management standards are met through rigorous process management and technical writing; prepare comprehensive reports for executive review.
Experience
- Proven experience in project portfolio management across diverse industries with a strong background in IT infrastructure or product development projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies including PMBOK standards, Scrum (SAFe), Kanban, and Waterfall approaches.
- Supervising experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, scope management, cost control, budgeting, and schedule development using advanced project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Expertise in data analysis skills including data collection and vendor management; ability to leverage tools like Salesforce or SharePoint for effective communication.
- Excellent leadership qualities with exceptional communication skills; adept at negotiation and conflict resolution while maintaining stakeholder engagement.

Pay: $52,792.69 - $63,578.29 per year
