Could you be the full-time Customer Quality Manager in Maneja we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and results-driven teammates.
You'll act as the independent voice of the customer within the project organization, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Industrial, Supplier Quality, Product Introduction), interface with customer quality and safety teams, and oversee project quality management activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), as well as ensuring compliance with customer requirements and Alstom processes, but also implementing structured techniques like FMEA to assess criticality and quality assurance.
We’ll look to you for:
Acting as the interface with customer quality and safety teams
Ensuring the application of Return of Experience (REX) for continuous improvement
Managing non-conformities and safety issues
Preparing and supporting project audits and reviews
Coordinating with cross-functional quality teams
Monitoring quality performance metrics and driving improvements
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Experience or understanding of project quality management processes
Knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, FMEA)
Familiarity with quality standards and methodologies
A Quality Management certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:
Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
Work with new security standards for rail signalling

Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
