you will be responsible for providing operational and technical project planning, management and oversight for all key packages, initiatives and implementation in support of the overall project delivery. Ensuring that these initiatives and projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

Conducting inspections upon equipment arrival to verify compliance with quality and contractual standards.

Supporting Site Receipt Testing (SRT) activities to validate equipment functionality and readiness.
- Verifying and assisting the closure of list items (punches) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely resolution.
- Providing support during commissioning and installation phases to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.

Proactively liaising with product delivery teams, operational teams, subject matter experts and customer representatives to resolve issues seamlessly across geographic and organizational boundaries.

Taking full ownership of quality requirements to ensure effective and efficient project execution.

Maintaining clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to share project updates and build strong relationships.
