Project Research Executive (Female)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive R&D Executive to conduct research on construction projects and support our sales and business development teams. The role involves identifying the status of assigned projects (completed, under construction, or closed), gathering accurate information on ongoing projects, and researching key decision-makers such as architects, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on ongoing and upcoming construction projects nationwide.
• Identify and analyze architects, consultants, and contractors associated with each project.
• Build and maintain a detailed database of projects, architects, and decision-maker.
• Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to support client targeting and outreach.
• Track industry trends, competitor materials, and emerging product needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of research assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management and Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills, especially in project and client profiling.
• Prior experience in building materials, construction, architecture firms, or project research is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, research tools, and online project databases.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple research tasks.
