Job Title: CRM Analyst (Sales & Marketing)

About the Role
The role calls for a strategic CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to manage email marketing campaigns, drive targeted outreach, manage CRM platform workflows, provide sales pipeline support and generate actionable reporting to inform decision-making across the business. This role is a cross-functional position that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns for both inbound and outbound strategies
- Segment audiences and personalize communications based on behavior, personas, and lifecycle stages
- A/B test subject lines, templates, send times, and CTAs to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing policies (e.g., spam filters, bounce rate & domain reputation)
CRM Management & Sales Platform Support
- Own the end-to-end management of the CRM stack (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Mailchimp, etc)
- Ensure proper CRM hygiene, segmentation, and workflows & automation management.
- Maintain the sales pipeline with attributed properties, activity and lifecycle stages for leads and customers.
- Support the sales team with optimized lead routing, scoring, and enrichment processes.
- Track lead progression and conversion velocity through the prospecting stages, measure agent activity, and evaluate sales force efficiency.
Data Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize sales activity, lead health, and conversion rates for accurate reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Report on sales team efficiency, activity KPIs, and pipeline trends
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance summaries to senior leadership
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM management and sales support.
- Proficiency with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and marketing automation
- Data-savvy with experience in building dashboards using CRMs & analytical tools
- Excellent communication skills, knack for branding and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design template editing
- Experience with CRM implementation and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with campaign attribution modeling and multi-channel traffic tracking

- Email campaigns are timely executed, professionally designed, engaging, and optimized for conversions
- Click-Through-Rates and Call-to-Action interactions are improved over time.
- Lead conversion time and engagement-per-lead is improved over time
- CRM is clean, organized, and fully supports both marketing and sales workflows
- Business stakeholders receive clear, actionable insights regularly
- The sales team is provided with the support needed for accuracy in sales activity and its corresponding
