Sales/Recruiting Analyst

Experience Required: *Only apply if you can fluently communicate in English* Minimum 2 years in telecommunications and sales. Training will be provided.

Skills:

• Be able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently. Must show proof of previous employment where English was required.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, Google Workspace
• Strong internet research skills, including Google Maps and Google Earth
• Some experience with job portals such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools quickly

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales/Recruiting Analyst to support our sales and recruiting operations. The role involves lead generation, candidate sourcing, and client outreach. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to adapt to different tasks while working with technology and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and source leads using job portals, Google Maps, and Google Earth
• Assist with candidate recruitment and initial outreach
• Maintain and update databases with accurate information
• Communicate with clients and candidates through email and phone
• Track and report progress using Excel and Outlook
• Support the sales and recruiting teams in meeting business development goals

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or a related role for the USA, Canada, UK, Australia etc.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of online tools and MS Office
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own a personal laptop and headphones.
• Must have a quiet space to work from.

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Evening/Night shift only. Will be adjusted due to Daylight Savings Time in the US.
Shift 1: 8:30 AM EST – 5:30 PM EST | 5:30 PM PKT - 2:30 AM PKT
Shift 2: 8:30 AM CST – 5:30 PM CST | 6:30 PM PKT - 3:30 AM PKT
Shift 3: 8:30 AM PST – 5:30 PM PST | 8:30 PM PKT - 5:30 AM PKT
Benefits: Paid Holidays (US Holidays and Pakistan National Holidays)
