Sales Coordinator contributes in supporting sales and overall business growth. She has an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them.
Responsibilities:
· Building relationships with assigned customers and support the sales team.
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and support sales team to close sales accordingly.
· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
· Respond to all the calls and emails of the Clients, generate quotations, invoices etc.
· Listening to the customers' needs to understand their needs to aid in sales generation if required.
· Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize any delays in sales process when required.
· Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products in Bitrix24.
· Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
· Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
· Provide sales support for the assigned geographic area to support achievement of profitable growth for the Industrial business
· Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, detailed client data on Bitrix24, and developing an active, repeat customer base.
· Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics
· Develop an excellent rapport with the existing customers and source new clients as required.
· Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
· Follow-up on outstanding payments for assigned clients.
· Schedule appointments and meetings for sales team on leads as assigned.
· Coordinating with sales and supply chain teams internally as required.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
· 3-4 years of experience in similar capacity.
· Must be a Business Graduate.
· Proven track record of successfully generating leads and setting up appointments.
· The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
· Excellent communication and follow-up skills
· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
· The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
