Job Description:

The Key Account Analyst – Sales is responsible for managing and growing Aspire 92’s key client relationships while developing new business through online platforms. The role involves a mix of sales strategy, client relationship management, and account performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients through Upwork and other online platforms.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver client proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and client data to guide strategy and decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Aspire 92’s service offerings (tax, accounting, software, and financial systems).
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client communications, proposals, and contracts in CRM tools.
  • Represent Aspire 92 professionally across all virtual sales platforms, ensuring compliance with Upwork and client standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in B2B or professional services.
  • Experience working with Upwork or other online freelance platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client and sales data to improve performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Familiarity with healthcare, finance, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tax or reporting tools (e.g., Drake, ProConnect, or Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities in a virtual environment.
