Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for HVAC/Mechanical projects.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company’s revenue growth.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and execution teams for project delivery.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/Mechanical systems.
- Proven experience in project sales/business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Industry Background:
- HVAC, Mechanical Projects, Building Services, or Industrial Equipment Sales.
Qualification Required : B- tech in Mechanical with 3-5 yrs of experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
