Project Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for HVAC/Mechanical projects.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company’s revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and execution teams for project delivery.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/Mechanical systems.
  • Proven experience in project sales/business development.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Industry Background:

  • HVAC, Mechanical Projects, Building Services, or Industrial Equipment Sales.

Qualification Required : B- tech in Mechanical with 3-5 yrs of experience.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
