Project Sales - Engineer / executive

Responsibilities

Sales Planning and Strategy:

  • Prepare sales action plans.
  • Schedule sales activity.
  • Plan and conduct direct sales and marketing activities.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.

Account Management:

  • Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedules to build on existing or potential clients.
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.

Client Interaction:

  • Negotiate with clients.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong projects database in the construction field.
  • Strong professional and personal network including developers, contractors, consultants, engineers, and end-users.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
